The analyses provided by GeoScale (extraction of PLU rules, feasibility studies, market analyses, etc.) are provided for information only and cannot replace the advice of a qualified professional (architect, surveyor, notary, urban planner, lawyer).
GeoScale does not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of the extracted data, which depend on the quality of the source documents (PLU, cadastre) and the state of the art of automatic extraction technologies.

These ToU are governed by French law. GeoScale is a SAS with registered office at 9 rue Charles Fourier, 91000 Évry-Courcouronnes, France, registered with the Évry Trade Register under number 101 340 313.
In case of dispute, and in the absence of amicable resolution, the courts of Évry shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
