contact@geoscale.frThese Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the terms of subscription and payment for GeoScale platform plans.
These ToS define the conditions under which GeoScale offers paid subscriptions providing access to its urban and real estate analysis services.
Subscription prices are indicated in euros, excluding tax (VAT excluded). Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform.
GeoScale reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Price changes only apply to new subscriptions or renewals.
The subscription takes effect upon confirmation of payment. It is automatically renewed at each due date (monthly or annual depending on the chosen plan), unless previously terminated by the customer.
Each subscription includes usage quotas (number of parcels consulted per month, AI queries per day, feasibility studies per month). The applicable quotas are displayed in the subscription management area.
In case of exceeding the included quotas, and if the overage option is enabled on the plan, the following unit prices apply:
Usage beyond the plan is billed at the end of each billing period and charged to the registered payment method. The customer is notified on each overage.
Subscription plans (Essential, Pro, etc.) constitute starter offers including a set of features. Each feature can be added or removed individually from the management area:
The customer may terminate their subscription at any time from their personal space. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period, without prorated refund. Access to the services is maintained until the end of the period.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun with the consumer's consent.
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges and accepts that access to the service is immediate and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by GeoScale. For more details on the processing of personal data, consult our .
These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and in the absence of amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
