Four verticals sharing one living dataset. More are coming — finance, mobility, energy, environment.
A living map of land-use and real-estate opportunities, continuously refreshed.
A buildability solver that projects the maximum constructible volume on a parcel under zoning constraints.
Machine-readable zoning regulations and your own documents, queried in natural language.
Instant regulatory-compliance audit for a project.
For local authorities, social housing providers, developers — among others, and for everyone.
